Player changes or additions maybe made prior to StreetBall weekend in order to replace a player or add a fourth player.  Player changes or additions may only be made by the team captain until 12:00pm on Friday, June 11, 2010.  Incomplete forms (including those without payment) will not be processed.  Teams found using a player on StreetBall weekend that has not been officially added to the team will be disqualified.

Deadlines

Through May 27, 2010
Changes of any kind will be accepted free of charge.

May 28 – June 10, 2010 ($10 Change/Add Fee)

Player changes or additions fitting the team profile will be accepted by the office with payment.
 

Player Addition/Change Requirements

• Through May 27, a player can be changed or added regardless of experience, age, height or grade of the other players. 
• Beginning May 28, any player changes or additions must match the team profile. 
• StreetBall teams cannot have more than 4 players.
• Only Team Captains may submit Player Change/Add Forms.
• Any Player Change/Add Forms submitted after May 28 MUST be accompanied with payment.
