Sportsmanship Rules

Minimize

Show respect for your opponents.
Remember to treat others the way you would want them to treat you.

Show respect for StreetBall officials and Referees.
Sportsmanship requires the willingness to accept and abide by the decisions of StreetBall officials and Referees.

Know, understand and abide by the rules of StreetBall.
Good sportsmanship includes following the rules.  A fair contest is important for the spirit of the game.

Keep you cool and remember to cheer for your team along with others!
Sportsmanship includes maintaining your perspective no matter what happens during a game.  Whether you are playing or watching you should always applaud a good performance.

Sportsmanship means that you should not:

  • Yell, boo or heckle during the opponent’s free-throw attempts or show/do anything that would be considered disrespectful by others.
  • Boo, heckle or antagonize a StreetBall official, referee, coach or players at anytime.
  • Blame the loss of a game on others.
  • Use profanity or display anger.
